Problem to be solved: Prevent vibrations on a high speed rotor bearing.
   
Constraints: Radial space very limited. Keep a concentricity gap of the bearing < 0.05 mm, rotation >10 000 rpm. Elastic stability.
   
Solution: 50CrV4 spring ring washer
   
Borrelly added value: 15 days after inquiry, the first prototype had been delivered. Specification developed in partnership with the customer.
Certification past successfully.
