Spring rings are waved spring strips, mounted between a bearing and its housing and used to control the clearance between the two. The spring ring is pre-stressed on fitting, meaning that the bearing can only move radially if the pre-stress force is exceeded. We can manufacture spring rings from steel (steel washers), stainless steel, Cube 2, Inconel, etc. with short lead times and no tooling expenses.
