You can send us the part to be analyzed (physically or via photos/drawings). Our in-house Engineering & Design Department will carry out a detailed analysis and guide you towards an equivalent or optimized solution, while taking into account your technical constraints and required performance (loads, temperature, corrosion, space limitations, etc.).

All the manufacturing steps of our spring washers are carried out in-house: design, production, stamping, heat treatment, and quality control. Our full in-house control of the production process guarantees perfect quality management and maximum responsiveness, whether for single parts, small batches, or large series.

Each Borrelly spring washer is manufactured in compliance with the ISO 9001 and EN 9100 standards and is fully traceable, from its material to its shipping.
