CUSTOMER NOTICE CONCERNING COVID-19

Dear Valued Customer,

Following the recent televised address given by President Macron, I would like to take this moment to reassure you that the Borrelly Spring Washers team remains by your side and committed to fully respecting all its commitments to you.

Just as we were managed to remain open for business during the first Covid wave, we took preventive measures so as to better cope with this second wave.

During the first wave, we took all the necessary measures to fill all customer orders whilst maintaining the quality of our services throughout lockdown.

We adapted our production and logistics flow in order to respond to requests for changes made by some of our customers.

The confirmed effectiveness of our actions has encouraged us to pursue our Business Continuity Plan while taking the necessary measures to protect the health of our employees, an absolute priority for Borrelly.

Our main actions have been:

• Anticipate supplies to consolidate our stocks of raw materials, thus minimizing shortages to meet your booked orders;
• Bring in reinforced protection measures and communications to underscore the importance of, and need for, barrier gestures;
• Encourage our suppliers and other interested parties, both French and foreign, to have the same responsiveness as during the first wave, and liaise with them to this effect;
• Confirm our business continuity plan, our exceptional risk prevention plan and our escalation plan related to the current crisis put in place within the company;
• Prioritize, as need be, sensitive sectors such as energy, medical and defense.

We are aware that this situation is liable to change. Depending on future measures that may be announced, we will keep you informed as to how they might apply to us.

Together, we can overcome this exceptional situation, just as we managed to do during the first wave.
